RATES INCLUDES :

•	Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
•	Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax
•	Complimentary usage of the main meeting room.
•	Complimentary usage of OHP & white screen.
•	Complimentary backdrop lettering ( not more than 60 alphabets).
•	Complimentary usage one unit of flipchart or whiteboard.
•	Basic meeting amenities such as paper, pencils, mints & iced-water.
•	Terms & Conditions stated below applies.

Terms & Conditions :

•	Package is applicable for a minimum group of 20 persons.
•	A minimum surcharge of RM10.00 nett per person will be imposed for number of pax of 11-19 pax.
•	A minimum surcharge of RM20.00 nett per person will be imposed for guaranteed pax less than 10 pax.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 3.00 pm
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period :
	Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed. After 6pm - one day's rate imposed.
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
•	Rates are not applicable during Formula One, World Motor GP, and Japan GT. The dates are shown below.

Cancellation Policy :

One night/packages charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
