Terms & Conditions :

•	Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
•	Extra bed or Extra Person is chargeable RM 50.00 nett per bed per night without breakfast.
•	Rates are quoted NETT inclusive of 10% service tax and 5% government tax.
•	Package is not applicable during Formula one 2010 (From 29 March to 05 April 2010), Japan GT 2010 (From 15 to 21 June 2010), Motor Grand Prix 2010 (From 02 to 10 October 2010).
•	Package is not applicable for MICE or Convention bookings.
•	Only limited rooms available daily for the Promotion above.
•	No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent.
•	Check Out Time: 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time: 3.00 pm
•	Extended check out during peak period: - Up to 6pm – 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day’s rate imposed
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Prior room reservation is require and is subject to room availability.
•	Room reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a night charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the Hotel’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

Cancellation Policy :

One Night / Package charges for the total Rooms / Package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation not made within 4 days prior to check in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
