Terms & Conditions :

•	Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
•	Package is not applicable during Formula One 2010 (From 29 March to 05 April 2010, Japan GT 2010 (15 to 21 June 2010), Merdeka Endurance Race 2010 (Dates to be advice), and Motor Grand Prix 2010 (From 02 to 10 October 2010).
•	Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM50.00 nett per bed per night without breakfast.
•	No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent.
•	Package is not applicable for MICE or Convention bookings.
•	Airport transfer is available upon request with minimal charge.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 3.00 pm
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period :
	Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed. After 6pm - one day's rate imposed.
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

Cancellation Policy :

One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation not made within 84 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
